this hotel is beyond disappointing. the bed was rock hard, making it impossible to get solid rest. also, i was expected to settle for a windowless room instead of a lovely upgrade, which would definitely ve been nice. almost gave a good review, but how can i when the air con had mood swings?

The location is fantastic, just minutes from Bugis Junction and the MRT. The quick and clean elevator made moving with our group seamless. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home right away.
